An Update on My Book! Cover and Plot Reveal! 🙌🏻❤️🌸 ...and Editing Woes 🤣😅

Hello folks! I wanted to give you guys a quick update on the progress of my book!
So turns out, editing a book is harder than writing it 😅 I've read this book three times myself and I've went through it with my husband so the editing on this thing has been insanity! Also formatting it has been aggressive LOL like I can't tell you how many times I've yelled, WHY WON'T THESE PAGE NUMBERS WORK?! 🤣
Anyway, I did eventually get the page numbers to work by the way 🤣 but I rewrote the finale of the book a couple of times because I really wanted it to be good. My husband got to the finale and was like, uhm, ma'am, you gotta put some more work into this finale. And honestly, I think the finale was so short because I was burnt out from editing it a million times.
BUT ALAS! I souped up the finale so much that now I'm like wow, this is insane. I tried to put all of my horror/religious themes together and allowed them to all come to a head in the final couple of pages. I'm incredibly stoked for everyone to read it. I can't wait to hear what other people think about how this book ends. Also, I have some explaining to do for those who know me and are going to question my sanity 🤣🤣
Nevertheless! I also wanted to reveal the cover design to you all in this video! Again, I tried to put together important themes, like the backdrop of the book is a college campus, there are five main characters, and there's some blood 🤣 it's not gory or anything! But there's some discussion over the importance of blood and what it resembles. Blood is life, familial bonds, and religiously important in some senses. So these are all themes that come together in the book.
I hope I'm not giving away too much before the book comes out haha
Also, I reveal the plot of the book in this video!! Woohoo! It's crazy haha like for real, I woke up at 3 a.m. one night in February with this plot and it is absolutely unchanged from that initial inspiration 🙌🏻🙌🏻
