In this Anabolic Vlog, I'll give you some ideas on how to create and structure a cycle. Ultimately, you'll make your own decision, but it can help you think things through and figure things out. I'll also give you a sample cycle for this summer with several options.
In addition to the video, here are a few guidelines and examples:
200-300 mg per week
For example: 250 mg testosterone per week or 200 mg primobolan per week and 20 mg dianabol per day
This is fine for a first cycle and can be repeated a few more times if you leave enough time between cycles. You can keep the dosage the same for the entire cycle and for cycles of six to eight weeks.
300-500 mg per week
For example: 250 mg testosterone per week and 40 mg oxandrolone per day or 250 mg testosterone and 150 mg nandrolone phenylpropionate per week.
You can also keep these dosages the same for the entire cycle and continue for eight to ten weeks.
500 - 700 mg per week
You can make different combinations, for example, splitting the cycle into two six-week cycles and shifting your focus. I explain this in the video. For example:
Weeks 1-6: 500 mg testosterone and 200 mg boldenone per week
Weeks 7-12: 250 mg testosterone and 400 mg masteron per week
