Attempting to send every dyno in the gym!
For the past few months I've been focusing on creating fun mini-games for myself to play in climbing. Attempting 100 v-points, trying to send every dyno, and trying to send 25+ climbs in a single session. This playful approach has helped me gain a lot more stoke in climbing. It's easy to get caught with prioritizing the next grade and struggling on the hardest boulders, but this mindset shift has been really helpful for me personally.
My COROS watch has been helpful in this mindset shift, since I can track my session right from my wrist and track the metrics in real time. I'm really grateful that they've supported the content these past few months
