Asylum is a direct to Video low budget horror movie that is what would happen if Pennywise from It and Freddy Kruger from A Nightmare on Elm Street had a love child. That child then sexually assaulted Dr. Giggles and their child had a fetish for Hell Raiser. This all takes place in a college dorm that was once a loony bin.
