Director mode was also used to remove peds and vehicles from the street along with changing the weather.
I used clear weather in this video for better visibility, stormy weather is best used for immersion. Some files have a few choices to choose from: calm, rough, ridiculous. I used either calm or rough from each water level, those look the best.
