The Importance of Joy
On our hike, we discussed the importance of incorporating fun, play and joy into our lives, especially as an adult. Many of us can fall into the trap of playing the universal 'role' of an adult, where we take everything seriously, and don't leave room for being not-serious. Whether it's through laughter, dancing, singing or any other form of play, we can bring these habits & mindsets into our lives to achieve more balance, happiness & fulfilment.
