How to use Whitening Trays by BURST
1- Peel back foil and remove trays — heavenly music may spontaneously play, ignore that
2- Position upper tray over your top row of teeth, then place lower tray over your bottom row of teeth
3-Bite down with just enough pressure to set the trays, using your fingers to lightly push against the fronts to distribute gel equally. If any gel sneaks out over the edges, wipe the excess away. We want to whiten our teeth, not our gums ;)
4-Spend the next 15 minutes paying bills, meditating, or taking out the trash (those bills weren't in there, were they? Whoops!)
5-Remove and discard trays
