before doing anything
you have to go to this website: http://camstudio.org/
than download the CODEC first and it's the second link
after that you have to install it
when you finish go to the website again and download CAMstudio v2.7
it's the first link
than install it too
after the install finish start CAMstudio
than Go to options in camstudio
choose video options
and change from "MICROSOFT VIDEO 1" To "CAMSTUDIO LOSELESS CODEC 1.5"
Click "OK"
than start recording and you will see the video file size become smaller
