अदरक पुदीना नींबू पानी (Ginger Mint Lemonade)
Whenever we think of Summer we think of lemonade, Mint Lemonade is now officially our summer drink, here is my version of Mint Lemonade or Pudina Lemonade with a twist, twist of ginger, yes! Ginger.
No, I was not making Biryani and accidentally made Mint Ginger Lemonade. How I love basic Pudina Nimbu Pani, but also wanted a punch, I was watching a mocktail video from Tipsy Bartender where I saw them putting ginger in a lemon drink, and I was like hey! अदरक पुदीना नींबू पानी , that's what I am going to make, that adrak is going to give that missing punch to my ultimate summer drink, my summer cooler of dreams, my shikanji ( okay, you get the idea).

BTW you can make make your own variations, add sprite to your shikanji make an amazing booze cocktail by adding some vodka. It is a multi-purpose party drink or summer drink.

// Ingredients (Serves 2)
Lemon : 1
Sugar : 4 TBSP or as per taste
Mint Leaves : Handful / 1/4th of Cup / 12- 15 leaves
Ginger : 1/2inch to 1 inch
Black Salt : 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp or as per taste ( can be substituted with normal salt)
Water : 2 Glasses ( Chilled) + 1/4th of cup for lemon ginger mint concentrate
// Method
1. In a blending jar or grinding jar put all ingredients, add 1/4 cup of water. Grind everything make a concentrated mix, make sure no ginger piece is left.
2. In a glass pour some ice, half of the concentrate mix + chilled water. Give the mix a decent stir and ready to be served.
