I Street Railroad Bridge - Sacramento, CA
Built by the American Bridge Co. for the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1911 this bridge is still used daily by traffic into and out of Sacramento. This two level Swing Truss bridge is interesting in that it has an upper deck for motor vehicles and pedestrians and a lower deck that has a double tracked railway.
