I looked up how to make money and found out the quickest, most documented way was to exchange a Med. Recovery for an Off. Disk. This quickly allowed me to buy all the resources I needed and the training manual from Pixiemon.
Gabumon evolves to Monochromon again by total accident and after training and feeding all the chips I've gathered, it was time to make our trip through Mt. Infinity. We beat Devimon, MetalGreymon, and at last face Analogman against his Mugendramon and emerge victorious.
20 years later, after playing this game so much on my youth, I finally managed to beat it.
