Artem was born in the Odessa region, and in 1991 the family moved to the Vyksa district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Elena was born in Vyksa. They grew up close to each other (on opposite sides of the same village), but only met in 2007. At various times, they worked at the VSW plant and in mobile phone stores. In 2009, they became husband and wife, and in 2010, their son, Anton, was born. Artem has been a family photographer since 2011. Lena (who has always been and remains their inspiration) founded the brand "From Vyksa with Love" in the spring of 2024, producing handmade dresses, upcycled shirts, and jeans.
