In this episode of The Gametime Guru Podcast, I sit down with my good friend Tyler Hoyt, a head high school basketball coach here in the Treasure Valley and the owner of Fastbreak Digital Media, a marketing agency helping home service businesses grow through websites, SEO, Meta ads, sales systems, recruiting, and more.
Tyler and I talk about the powerful connection between sports, business, leadership, setbacks, and personal growth. As someone who has competed as an athlete, coached at the high school level, and built a business from the ground up, Tyler brings a unique perspective on how the lessons learned through athletics carry directly into real life.
We discuss Tyler’s sports journey growing up in Southern California, playing college basketball, getting cut at the junior college level, learning from failure, and eventually stepping into coaching.
