Recipe:
15gms Medium Coarse Grind (14 Clicks Timemore C2 Chestnut)
200 grams water
Pure 50 grams to bloom
Stir back and fourth three times.
add another 100grams.
Stir one more time. Do not do a swirling motion.
Add the remaining water for a total of 200 grams.
Wait for 1 minute and 42 seconds and start pressing till you reach 2 minutes.
Serve in a fancy Love ceramics cup.
