How to Prius Smart Key, Battery Replacement Tutorial on 2010-2015
Learn how to replace the prius key battery on all 3rd Generation toyota prius. The prius key fob battery can be replaced in a few easy step on all model from 2010-2015 models. It is very easy to replace and does not take any special tools to replace the prius key fob battery replacement.
This will work for the Toyota Prius Smart Key (2010-2015 models). In this video we replaced the battery in the key fob for a 2013 prius. The replacement battery is a CR1632 or CR2032, and is available in the link listed below. You do not need any tools and just make sure you have the replacement battery available when you do the battery replacement. There is no reprogramming required and no need to visit the dealership.
