httyd | the view from halfway down
This was a hard one for me to edit, I was trying to really capture the intensity of this scene from BoJack into this edit. Out of all the things I watched in that show— this scene was one that stuck out to me the most in fact I’d easily say that S6E15: The View From Halfway Down is the best episode of the series and it really hits here. I believe this one poem perfectly describes what it feels to be in that—- headspace and I know from personal experiences that I’m glad I saw the view from halfway down. I’m grateful that even though I’ve been in those dark places before, I was never able to— well you know. I know now more than ever that life has meaning and I love the person I’ve become now. I see the world for the bright and beautiful place that it can be, and I aim to help others see the view from halfway down and help them see purpose and fulfillment in their lives. It may seem difficult at times, but I promise whatever hurtle you have to overcome, mentally, physically or emotionally— you can do it, and you’re not alone. Because as long as I’m around I will do whatever it takes to make sure another person doesn’t enter that dark place— to help them see the view from halfway down 💕⭐️
