you guys need to band together rather then scattered forum posts and FB comments and get the facts straight to Take to the Watchdog, Trading Standards or the Police (Or all 3) . This is not about self promotion or a band wagon, infact I want to hand off the admin rights to a victim of this situation or a more high profile person in the community. You can only win this if you rally together and tackle it head on. TheClipperKing managed to tackle his Spiderman issue because we all helped and through pressure we won. We need to establish facts.
On their site there is currently not an appointed administrator meaning the it is possible that they have not officially closed.
On the companies house records they are not noted as dissolved or ceased training
