Unfortunately, the phone didn't open completely for me either. I have seen many people try to remove the brush pieces from the hinge with paper, which is a very bad idea because sooner or later the paper will fall apart into small pieces and they will remain inside the hinge causing even bigger problems. 》》Look Part 2. for the process! 😀
