Mother hen with THIRTEEN chicks | Barbados
Along with the green monkey population here in Barbados 🇧🇧there's recently been an unprecedented number of chickens in residential areas. Makes me wonder what kept them in check before...mongooses? Could be. I only really see them in the countryside now.
I heard the clucking and looked out to see this very successful mother hen with more than TEN CHICKS! Maybe she thinks she's an ostrich and is babysitting.
