SOLICITING OTHERS TO BUY SKYWAY SHARES MAY LEAD TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION
First, they were victims, then, seeing how easy it was to make money, many individuals not only lured people into participating in Skyway but also cleverly used Skyway as a cover to swindle others out of money. Money was transferred to unfamiliar personal accounts, supposedly for the purchase of shares, but no one knew where the money went. They made money while having Skyway take the blame for their mistakes. It's true that some are incredibly foolish, but others are incredibly clever. However, Vietnamese law has sufficient sanctions to deal with these intermediaries who aided and abetted these activities. No matter how clever they are, they cannot escape the net of justice.
