Salmon Bowl

One of my favorite ways to enjoy salmon is by serving it into a bowl with lots of sides and toppings. The possibilities are endless, but here I use a base of half salad and half rice and top with cucumbers and avocado. I seasoned my rice with furikake and finished my bowl with teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds.
