Anyway, the context for this whole idea:
Its based on a daydream where Player attempts with some prescription they kept, Cruel King's dad senses went off, and he walked into their room and found them on the bed, asleep & with an empty bottle on the nightstand. something something he shook Player awake, started scolding them for it, paused when he realized they werent paying attention (dissociating & having a flashback of some kind), then shifted more to quietly concerned questions. Then Player started crying and apologizing and CK comforted them, yadda yadda the daydream ended there.
For MORE context: i headcanon that Player is 16/17 & comes from a Really Really Bad Family that left them with a substantial amount of trauma, which included even just perceiving ANY amount confrontation. Guys i love this character TRUST (i have a link for the majority of the headcanons i have, if anyone wants it [it DOES have other characters tho])
