Died to Drowning | Roblox Doors: The Mines
This is supposedly very rare and I never seen anything mentioned about drowning on the Doors wiki.
Update: After uploading this video, I played a run and got this room again, this time I succeeded so I'm not gonna upload it.
Guiding Light's tips were also very helpful.
