My key to my youthful appearance comes for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
I'm 33 now but I always lived a healthy life. I don't smoke cigarettes or vapes and never did, I don't drink alcohol every week or every month only on fun occasions, I workout every single week 3-7 days a week, I eat super healthy and don't restrict eating junk food when I get a craving, I stay away from processed sugary drinks (those are only for special treats), I eat more natural foods than fake processed foods, and I drink a lot of water. Living a healthy and balanced lifestyle my entire life and not getting into drugs as well really helped me maintain a youthful healthy appearance. But unfortunately, the aging process kicks in and as we age we start losing collagen, fat, and elasticity in our faces. I started seeing changes in my face that over the counter products could not fix. I started getting botox in my late 20's because I have very strong forehead muscles that I can't control and therefore I got forehead wrinkles at a younger age.
In this video I get botox (from the brand Xeomin) on my forehead and crows feet, and I get under eye filler for the first time in my life! I also got a tiny bit of filler on my smile lines.
This is not for everyone, but this makes me happy. I go natural in my injections because I want to look like myself but with a more refreshed look. I only go to Nurse Christy because she is an expert in her craft with years of experience, a high education, expert knowledge, and she uses the latest practices. I WOULD NEVER GO TO JUST ANYONE TO GET ANYTHING DONE TO MY FACE OR BODY. Injectables should not be taken lightly and you should all do your research before getting anything done to yourself. Go to your doctor to make sure your health condition and medications your on are safe to do anything first, then do your research on finding the best injectors with the most experience and knowledge.
