Robotic Heavy Fab Welding and Automatic Torch Neck Change-out
This robotic welding cell for the mining industry (shown without customer parts) utilizes a 3 axis positioner for part manipulation and 2 axis robot gantry to increase the robot reach making it ideal for large, heavy parts. It is fully equipped with a belch fire preheat torch and temperature sensor for improved weld quality, neck changing system for better weld accessibility as well as a laser camera to properly weld variable joints inherent in large fabrications.
