I LOVE (and fear) the FOOD in SPAIN 😅🇪🇸
BARCELONA and MADRID have some of the BEST, Must-Eat FOOD in both SPAIN and in the entire World. While they are known for many things, Paella and Tapas are two of their primary (and most famous) culinary offerings... so why was it so intimidating for me to visit the restaurants?
The food I had was incredible, but for whatever reason I struggled with anxiety in a way that I never had before. I don't know if it was the amount of decisions, the people, the culture, or WHY I was having so much trouble committing... but I did and it's something I'm trying to come to terms with.
Food is just one of the incredible offerings that Spain has to provide to its visitors. It's a vast country with so many incredible regions and cultures, and I am so excited to make a return trip as soon as possible and face my fears and anxieties head on.
