CHANGE STARTUP LOGON SCREEN IN WINDOWS 7/8
This video is for changing logon screen in windows....
*open regedit
*right click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE & select find
*search OEMBackground
*change value to 1
*now open windows/system32/oobe/info
*make backgrounds named folder
*copy your desired wallpaper of SIZE less than 256kB and name it
backgrondDefault.jpg
