Been putting off redoing this table and chairs I got from my dad of years...why I couldn't wait five more months until it was cool again I don't know! Aside from that climate timing tip, my only other big recommendation from this is the importance of a sander with minimal vibrations. As we already had a few tools from Ryobi we had plenty of batteries and chargers making the choice for my new corner sander pretty obvious. The difference between my very old model and the new one was remarkable. The difference between it and my newer chorded and cheaper orbital sander is also notable! It made the task a lot more endurable.
Of course sand paper is key. Went through quite a few using the only ones sized for this sander. Would love if 3M Cubitron™ would make a mess in the sizes of the corner sander...If they do and I haven't found them yet please, let me know!
Loved the new scrapper too. The smaller surface for scraping was helpful but mainly the options for different blade shapes was very useful. Plus the sharpener in the handle was an extra bonus!
