Play Minecraft Java with Friends in 2024 - WITHOUT LAN
This method simplifies playing Minecraft with friends on Java edition by using the Essential Mod which enables you to invite friends into single-player words, eliminating the complexities of LAN or third-party servers.
A few things to note when using the mod:
➭ DON'T buy the cosmetics, they are incredibly overpriced and there are free mods/modpacks that exist that get you the same cosmetics
➭ if you want to join a friend's modded world, you must also install the mods on your pc, and vise-versa
➭ to add your friends, when you join Minecraft with the essential mod installed, there's an option to add your friends by adding their gamertag, only then will they show up
