Powermoves : My windmill (After shoulder surgery).

Exactement 3 mois après mon opération de l'épaule droite (d'une rupture complète de la coiffe des rotateurs), j'ai repris l'entrainement.
Ce jour-là, je n'ai pu faire que du basique : windmill, babymill, quelques footwork, .. mais je n'avais aucune appréhension*, juste l'envie de m'entraîner et d'envoyer mes mouvements comme avant (après 3 mois sans faire de Bboying) et quelles sensations incroyables j'ai eu .. Merci mon Dieu !
On voit comme même que je garde mon bras droit sur moi dans la vidéo, car même si j'avais hâte de reprendre l'entraînement, il fallait être vraiment prudent.
Depuis j'ai absolument tout repris et j'ai hâte de vous montrer la suite.

Exactly 3 months after my right shoulder surgery (a complete rotator cuff rupture), I resumed training.
That day, I could only do basics: windmill, babymill, some footwork, .. But I had no apprehension*, just the desire to train and send my movements as before (after 3 months without Bboying), and what incredible sensations I had.. Thank God !
You can even see that I keep my right arm on me in the video, because even though I was looking forward to getting back to training, I had to be really careful.
Since then I have taken absolutely everything back and I can't wait to show you the rest.
