Diablo 4 Season 4 Rogue Build ULTIMATE HEARTSEEKER Build in this guide we will cover my Endgame HeartSeeker Rogue Build that decimates everything currently in Diablo 4 Season 4 Loot Reborn. This Build is a very fast endgame rogue build that deals tons of damage and has great defenses bolstering 60k hp with elixirs. We do utilize the Heartseeker basic skill as our main damage source in the build that focuses on stacking vulnerable damage for a huge multiplier with the victimize key passive sending our damage to insane amounts. With this build we do use the Harlequin Crest Shako (Uber Unique) but it is not to make the build function. In my opinion this is one of the Best Builds in Diablo 4 Season 4. This Build guide is beginner friendly and very easy to follow.
