The Minolta Talker was a unique camera at the time. It was the first compact camera to be fitted with a vocal chip. When you activate the chip, it warns users of issues with the camera, including no brightness which requires you to turn on the flash, if you are too far from the distance you are shooting at, or you need to load film on the camera. It uses 35mm f2.8 film and an film speed between ISO 25 and ISO 1000. It was first introduced in 1983, as well in 1984 for some markets as the AF-Sv. It continued to be produced until either 1985 or 1986.
