if there is a red VT icon in the Nox Player application with a notification it is detected that you have not enabled VT, a freeze may occur

that means you haven't enabled VT in the BIOS. Why do you have to activate VT? because if you do not activate VT, the Core on the CPU used in Nox Player is only 1 Core, whereas if you have activated VT then the performance of Nox Player will increase to 10 times *.

Of course it all depends on the CPU you are using, RAM, GPU you are using.
