In a world of sentient people, striving young inventor Penny Proud (Kyla Pratt) wants to work for the avuncular spy, Glori Daze (Anika Noni Rose), whose Daze Industries makes spare spy gear. But Glori has just been deposed as company head by the villainous Lila Rossi (Lisa Kay Jennings), who wants to make all spies submit to profitable forced upgrades. In this animated adventure, Penny and her friend Usagi Tsukino (Stephanie Sheh) go underground to fight Lila's evil plans.
