Perhaps you're already familiar with EFT and have even experienced its effectiveness in breaking through blocks and resolving the problems that hinder us. If you're not familiar with it yet, I invite you to learn more.
Besides healing still-open emotional wounds, EFT is also a great tool for paving the way and creating the life of your dreams.
To achieve this, I'd like you to be clear in your mind about what you want for your life. With the goal already defined, you need to chart the path to it. And it's at this point that you'll encounter potential fears, limiting beliefs, challenges—in short, your resistance.
With EFT, we can not only overcome these obstacles but also create the feeling of security and peace necessary to take the next step.
What fascinates me about the technique is the lightness and simplicity with which it accomplishes all of this. Despite being very simple, it's effective and at the same time profound.
I'd appreciate it if you could reflect a little on what you have in common in the world of our problems. No matter what situation may be afflicting you at the moment. It could be a health issue, chronic pain, relationship problems, money problems, or the lack of it, a few extra pounds, difficulty quitting smoking or drinking, even a fear of public speaking, or a fear of flying. In short, something that paralyzes you.
No matter the nature of your problem, there's always a common thread with everyone else's problems. Have you ever stopped to think about it? What do our problems have in common? It's the feeling of fear, the insecurity of being able to take the next step.
Somehow, your unconscious mind tells you it's not safe for you to solve this problem.
A simple example: let's say you're having trouble making money. What could your unconscious mind be trying to protect you from? There could be countless reasons, but one explanation could be that in the past, money may have been a major problem for you. Let's say you lost a lot of money, for example. So, your unconscious mind interprets this as a danger: if you have money again, you'll lose it again, and it won't be good. And that's why your unconscious mind blocks you from making money again.
It seems illogical, but it's a protection against suffering again.
It's understandable, therefore, that this blockage exists in the unconscious. And the idea is to reach the unconscious level, overcome this blockage, and send a new message, this time of security. It's necessary to create a safe haven where you can take your next step forward.
Although the cause of my blockage may be different from yours, let's do a generalized exercise to help break through this blockage. Remember that a general approach is never complete, but it helps!
I invite you to do this exercise to eliminate the fear of taking the next step and feel confident about the next step.
