A few years ago, we collaborated with Perma Products to establish the foundations of their strategic plan. Recently, we partnered again to refresh and align this strategy with their Senior Management Team, focusing on enhancing accountability and ownership.
This engagement involved developing a comprehensive 'Plan on a Page' and defining clear deliverables across quarterly, monthly, and weekly intervals. By assigning specific tasks and setting measurable objectives, we aimed to ensure effective execution and continuous alignment with Perma Products' overarching goals.
