100% of Bandcamp sales will go to the “Jannah on Grafton”, a community garden project in their hometown of Newark, New Jersey.
"Jannah on Grafton is an initiative to build a stronger, sustainable, and more self-reliant lower Grafton Avenue community through vacant lot activation. Jannah on Grafton is a leased plot, through the City of Newark's Adopt A Lot program, that will be transformed into a community garden. Jannah on Grafton will provide access to healthy food options, urban gardening advocacy, and sustainable education efforts for North Newark residents."
Both trailblazers in club music, DJ Sliink & Jayhood have been dedicated to pushing the sounds of Jersey globally. Recently they've been speaking out about inequality in dance music, asking for line-ups and playlist placement to support the originators & innovators of so many popular sounds & subgenres.
