By looking at your replays and recognising your own mistakes within them, it will give you a very solid idea of what you need to improve on at a personal level, and therefore help you rank up. Your teammates will never change, and it's not worth putting the blame on them. You're in that rank for a reason and you make mistakes just as often as they do.
Don't try to improve ALL of your mistakes at once to your future matches though. It's best to focus on one thing at a time, like your positioning, otherwise it'll be too overwhelming and you'll probably just fall back to blaming your teammates.
