BeautyQuests is a plugin that allows you to easily create quests using a graphical interface built using the Minecraft inventory. With the exception of some admin commands, chat is not required.
This plugin is designed to look beautiful and simplify questing for players.

Features:
Multiple stage types: kill mobs, talk to NPCs, return items to NPCs, find a region (World Guard), mine/place blocks, chat, interact with blocks, craft items, find a location, fill buckets, fish items, play for a set amount of time...
Dialogues with NPCs (the player can also talk).
Multiple rewards: items, experience, permits, money (Storage), teleportation, and more.
Particles over NPCs (configurable) if needed.
Quest progress board. A menu that displays completed, unstarted, and in-progress quests for players.
Branching system (multiple-choice quests)
Player data can be stored in two different ways: either in a YAML file for each player or in a SQL database.
All versions later than 1.9 (included) are fully supported. This plugin only partially works on 1.8. (The quest book, scoreboard, and particles will not work.)
Fireworks
API for developers: Custom events, utilities, custom stage types, requirements, rewards, commands, and custom quest data ("Quest Parameters"). Javadoc is also included in the .jar file.
Updater that notifies you of available updates. (Thanks to @inventivetalent!)
PlaceholderAPI support: You can use placeholders in translations or in dialogue.
HolographicDisplays will show beautiful text when an NPC can offer a quest.
Markers will be displayed on your dynamic map (online map).
