IS THERE A DIFFERENCE LEAD VOCAL BETWEEN KOREAN/JAPANESE SONG?

First, I really like to do this type of video, I was always interest by "who lead the chorus". And in fact when I listen Japanese Version of Korean songs, I was like "Hmmmm It's sounds different" and that why I do this video
