Sensei Tracy Critiques the Class on Their Throwing
At practice on Tuesday, Sept. 7th, 2010, Sensei Tracy invited the class to demonstrate their favorite throws and then offered constructive criticism. The throws that were performed were: O Soto Gari, Seoi Nage, Harai Goshi, O Goshi, and Tai Otoshi.
