Second Wind is a group of former Escapist Magazine employees who decided that enough was enough. If Escapist won't do it, they'd do it themselves. On a day when their former employee planned to have a smattering of 10-minute layoff meetings, the team decided to get ahead of them and resign. Refusing severance Second Wind was formed.
