This simple fix worked for me. Instagram was allowing me to select multiple photos and set up my post, but when I clicked to post it would not post. Instead the progress bar would only move to a certain point and get stuck there. Or it would tell me it FAILED. I had been trying to post multiple photos for some time. So this fix worked for me.
