Sportsplex Jump - 2007
Jump publicized May 31st,2007. It's been a media circus. Jumper is a grown man with a job, his own car and his own place. Police said he was not on drugs or drunk or crazy, and no sign was posted. The Sportsplex placed a ban on all involved which they accepted. This stunt was posted as a video production. This wasn't on a whim. Height and distance checked and practiced on level ground. The pool checked to make sure that noone would be injured. This is a video production of a stunt.
Hey everyone this is Josh, I made the jump. It was a carefully planned stunt, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I didn't just wake up and decide to do it one day, I thought about it for a while and knew it was possible because it was about the same height as the diving board which everyone jumps off. It was a one time deal, and as it says at the end of the video If I didn't think I could do it, I wouldn't have. People push the limits all the time. Sorry if I offended anyone.
