(and find where to buy at cheapest price)
This APC SURTA2200XL Review (box opening sort of) will show you what this online UPS has to offer and I describe why I bought it to replace an older SU3000NET standby UPS.
Online UPS eliminates switching time from line to battery power - some devices are bothered by that.
Be careful when you buy a UPS that you take into account shipping costs because they are very heavy!
I mention in the video an APC9617 for network control, that has been superceded.
APC battery backups have been my choice for a long time based on lots of experience. Not always perfect, but overall better than the competition. Support is usually good too.
