IR Sensor tuning of Line/Path follower
Sometimes due to change in surrounding light or change in the track colour we need to re-tune the sensor.
IR sensor module consist of a IR emitter and IR receiver pair. On-board LED indicator helps user to check status of the sensor without using any additional hardware.
The sensitivity of the IR Sensor is tuned using the potentiometer. The potentiometer is tuneable in both the directions. Initially keep the sensor on a light coloured surface and rotate the potentiometer in clockwise direction such that the on-board LED glows. Now keep the sensor on black line and turn the potentiometer anti-clockwise direction just enough to turn off the on-board LED.
