This week I've had multiple inquiries from individuals needing assistance after making wrong moves without first consulting a good, expert attorney. Please, please don't do that...ever!
This first segment of "Always consult an attorney" involves a recent inquiry in probate court (estate matters for loved ones who have passed and guardianships/conservatorships for incapacitated education ones) where a judge has appointed a "professional" to handle money for the contact's loved one.
