Occultist Cats when Damage Taken
Occultist Wardlooper from 3.17, it used Hexblast and Forbidden Rite.
Somewhere between 3.18 and 3.20, Hexblast mechanically changed and received a cooldown penalty if triggered by things like CwDT. So, I replaced it with Soulrend and applied Cat MTX to both skills.
This would look way cooler with Sabo's Triggerbots and Cooldown ascendancy passives, Nimis, and even more additional projectiles.
No PoB since it's an outdated build. This video is just a meme.
