PME is an awesome Blender addon that gives artists the ability to easily customize their Blender UI as well as create pie menus & macros to speed up their workflow without much coding knowledge.
I am very, very slowly exploring python to turn what I have in PME into python scripts or a separate addon someday when PME is no longer updated.
