I'm back with a Persian song cover: Ahay Khabardar is a song performed by Homayoun Shajarian and Sohrab Pournazeri for the Iranian movie Subdued (2017, رگ خواب). The beautiful music and lyrics aside, I challenged myself to try and translate the amazing singer's traditional ornamentation (tahrir or تحریر in Persian) into a piano arrangement. I encourage you to check out the original song and I hope you like this slightly different cover. :)
